Job Description

  • Responsible for all sales activities in South Central Region (TX, OK, LA, AR) and Rocky Mountain Region (UT, CO, NM).
  • All aspects of sales, from prospect, to customer support, to end-of-life management.
  • Cold calling, lead follow-up, quote management, RMA support, product phase-out, new product phase-in.
  • Ability to combine technical knowledge/background with sales skills to bridge customer requirements with Aaeon product management/engineering.
  • 40% travel, focus Texas.
  • Position based home office.

Qualifications

  • Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.
  • AA Technical degree, BSEE preferred.
  • 3-5 years sales experience selling ruggedized industrial board and system level PC platforms.
  • Experience working multi-channel sales, from direct sales, to OEM, through manufacturer’s representative organizations, and distribution (Avnet/Arrow).
  • Experience working with automation distributors a plus.
  • Proven history of growing businesses and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Operations Manager

Job Description

  • Supervise and managing daily routines for Purchasing, ADM, Warehouse/Inventory control, shipping and receiving department.
  • Create and modify OP’s and set guidelines.
  • Provide solutions for business issues, customer support and Oracle system problem solving.
  • Price negotiations and place POs to factories and other different vendors to fulfill order demand and safety stock.
  • Assign or create new P/N’s, planning inventory safety stocks and work closely with product managers and sales teams (forecast)
  • Generate various reports.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of operations and logistics management experience in computer industry.
  • 2-5 years of purchasing experience.
  • Must have basic computer hardware knowledge.
