The accuracy and reliability on the stamping system operation has become a standard requirement to customers.

Customer's Requirement:

The Postage Management System has to be in accordance with national and industrial standards. The Postal Date has to be conducted via the server's data, hence the data storage has to be in very good condition and high-demanding. That is why our customers have got higher requirement on choosing the CPU Card.

The original Postage Management was developed on the basis of PC-104 Module. As the development of this card, some problems reveals:

1. DOC used, the original data format is not FAT16, once the electricity inserts, the data format will go back to FAT12, important data might disappear.
2. CPU fan is breakable leads the shut-down of the system and board being ruined under the intensive vibration.
3. Unable to stimulate and adjust in the temperature in the working environment, the temperature can go from –10C to 40C.
