TAIPEI, Taiwan(Oct. 14, 2005) - The PER-C101 is a Dual PCI Express full-speed Gigabit Ethernet Daughterboard designed by the AAEON design team that has two Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet Controllers onboard for high-performance network applications such as Firewall PC, Workstation PC, Server PC, etc.

This full-speed Gigabit Ethernet Daughterboard extends the PCI-Express interface and is a new solution in industrial applications that can provide IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface), ASF (Alert Standard Format), and teaming services for industrial-compliant manageability features. It not only enhances the speed and performance of communications in any compatible AAEON SBC (Single Board Computer), but also provides lifetime support.  In addition, the PER-C101 can work with other AAEON full-size SBC, half-size SBC and firewall systems through PCI-Express signals. You do not have to adopt another solution to fulfill your expansion requirements, and it allows you to keep a consistent solution.
